Consult your veterinarian before use with young puppies/kittens, convalescent pets, during surgery/surgery recovery, or any animal that cannot voluntarily remove themselves from the heated pad. Do not place pad in confined area where the pet does not have the ability to remove themselves from the pad. Mounting and suction cup maintenance:
- Thoroughly clean your window, making sure the window is completely dry and free from residue.
- Clean the suction cups with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. Dry suction cups completely.
- Regularly clean your window and suction cups, monthly is recommended.
HELPFUL HINT: Warm suction cups are easier to mount than cold. Try soaking the suction cups in hot water or leave them in the sun for a few minutes to help warm!
- Place the Kitty Sill perpendicular to the floor with the screw holes facing up.
- Put the legs into the corresponding holes.
- Push hard with a downward motion toward the floor.
- Legs will click into place.
