- Remove folded liners from box. Unfold all liners.
- Place perforated sifting liners facing up (solid liner on bottom).
- Align perforations in middle of pan.
- Using the included rubber band, secure liner to cat pan.
- Add clumping cat litter to pan.
- Once litter is soiled, use top liner to sift cat waste from good litter.
- Dispose of top liner and litter-free cat waste.
